Dr. James Murayama Let me start off by saying Dr.Murayama is the new owner, who bought the practice from Dr.Dart. When he bought the practice he also bought the problems. Everyone’s story is different, mine included a Crown that had been redone four times within the last two years done by Dart. A pregnancy, post partum issues and almost 1.5 later still was having pain but under the circumstances could not have dental work done. I thought to myself they’d never fix it after so long. I made the decision you don’t know if you don’t ask and sure enough the office understood my personal circumstances and got me in. Dr.Murayama was the lucky Doctor assigned to me (😌) and as much as I wanted to be a Karen from the nightmare of a crown I had been dealing with, I couldn’t because from the moment he walked in and introduced himself he was everything he says he will be. Gentle, detail oriented and really did care to achieve exceptional and long-lasting outcomes. Now I’ll be honest the long-lasting is “to be continued “ as I just got my fourth or fifth crown from that office but first from him as the new owner and head Doctor. The crown indeed was too large and was a big factor of the pain I had experience for so long. I’m telling you as SOON as Dr.Murayama took that old crown off , it immediately felt better. A relief of immense pressure and pain for almost two years was honestly one of the best feelings. Dr.Murayama made it right, had exceptional bedside manner and I would highly recommend him. I cannot leave a review for this office without giving Aalison her flowers 💐 because she has been there from day one by my side. Professional, charismatic and one of the ONLY reasons I gave this office another chance. She has a very bright future ahead of her and I hope they appreciate her value. Ps…..Remember this is to be continued after a min of a week to go by to see if I’m in pain or not 🤭🦷 Also this one’s for you Doc ➡️ 🎳
